Marriage in the Bible is depicted as a sacred covenant designed by God, often symbolizing the relationship between God and His people. God created man and a helper for him. The shows that God is the Genesis of Marriage. We should get God to be at the center of the marriage.
Man is the beginner of the marriage hence he should focus on God who started marriage. He should focus on God. 24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh. Genesis 2:24
The woman should cleave to the man so that she can support him. The woman was taken from his rib meaning that he should not lead the man but be by his side to support him
